We drink Switchback Greens Smoothies daily, thats how I lost nearly 60 pounds and lost my prediabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Each greens smoothie has 8 simple superfood ingredients or less - all of which you can pronounce. We thoughtfully and carefully select our superfoods to make the most nutrient dense smoothies without added junk. If it isn't real, it isn't in our smoothies.

Switchback Smoothies are created through a freeze drying process that preserves the nutritional integrity of our fruits and vegetables. While other drying methods are cheaper, many of them destroy 90% or more of the valuable fiber, vitamins and minerals.

If a powder isn't working, it isn't you its likely them - and it might be time to break up. Most powders on the market are stripped of nutrients by the processing - killing off most vitamins, minerals, and natural fiber. (The good stuff!)
