Refund policy

Effective For Orders on 2/1/26 and After. 

We hope you love the product as much as we do. However, in the case that you aren’t fully satisfied, we will accept returns sent to Switchback’s Corporate office within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note there is up to an $11.95 return shipping fee as well as a 20% restocking fee.  We will not accept returns that are not processed through our system.

Incorrect Address And Package Theft

Packages shipped to incorrect addresses due to user input are not available for refund or replacement. 

Package theft once delivered is not the responsibility of Switchback Holdings, LLC.  We ship with UPS and USPS and once the package leaves our warehouse it is outside of our responsibility.
